Customers that have purchased ADG products with maintenance can access downloads, search the support knowledge database, and track support tickets via the customer care portal.
Customers are advised that all support tickets must be raised via the customer care portal to enable tracking and fast resolution. ADG support staff will not be able to process support requests via email or phone.
